Pianist - Alan (Mr Alan Gregory BAHons)

Alan joined the Staff in September 2007. He accompanies Ballet and Tap classes. Having our own pianist brings a diversity of music to our classes, and gives the teachers great flexibility during tuition - allowing tempo changes, any length of piece, introductions and codas. This helps the flow of the lessons and brings out the musicality in the pupils. Alan is a recognised pianist with the ISTD. Alan is a fully qualified music teacher, having worked in a number of schools in the area, and also gives individual piano and vocal tuition. He has recently written and produced the all Wigan cast musical "Beyond the Road to Wigan Pier".
